The open standard
One vocabulary for procurement data.
SIGNET is the free, public-domain standard that bridges OCDS, Peppol and EN 16931 – and records who decided what, under whose authority, with what human approval. Declare adoption in minutes. Implement at your pace. Certify when you are ready.
Stop re-mapping.
One model, projected without loss to OCDS, Peppol BIS, EN 16931 and UBL – and lifted back.
Stop re-onboarding.
Qualifications and credentials are verifiable claims that travel with the supplier, not the platform.
Stop guessing who decided.
Every award, qualification and auction close carries a Decision record: who, under what mandate, from what inputs, with what human approval.
The register
Adopters
The founding register is open.
Organisations that declare before 31 December 2026, or before the Standards Committee is constituted if that comes first, are recorded as founding adopters. No entries yet – the first will appear here.
How it is made
How we're doing it
Concert stewards SIGNET toward the OpenPeppol AISBL pattern: a non-profit steward with multi-stakeholder representation and no single-party control. It is not there yet, and says so: the Standards Committee that will govern normative change is not yet constituted, and until it is, changes are taken under a published bootstrap clause – reasoned in writing, subject to a stated comment period, recorded as interim resolutions, and reversible by the Committee on the record. Every decision taken this way is indexed in the repository.

Steward. Standard. Operator.
Concert
The neutral consortium stewarding the standard, publishing specifications, and protecting the ecosystem's integrity. Implementations can be SIGNET Certified against a public, machine-runnable suite — identical for every implementer; no certifications have been issued yet. Concert owns the IP and licenses it to commercial operators.
SIGNET
Secure Intelligent Governed Network for Exchange and Trade — the open specification for procurement networks. Model-agnostic. Tool-agnostic. Organisation-agnostic. The harness through which intelligence becomes procurement.
Score
The commercial entity building and operating SIGNET-compliant networks. Score turns the standard into production infrastructure — provisioning, integration, agent orchestration, and managed services.
Ecosystem
Built on proven infrastructure
Implementations can be SIGNET Certified against a public, machine-runnable suite — identical for every implementer.
Adopt SIGNET
Adoption is free, public, and takes one pull request. It is a statement of practice, not certification.
